1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item.
  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements. If the item is approved for return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@basepariz.com or call (307) 686-2248. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the product back at no cost. Upon receiving the damaged or defective item, we will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Products that have been used or altered in any way.
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Gift cards.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Restocking Fee

In some cases, a restocking fee may be applied to returned items, especially if the product is not in its original condition or packaging. This fee is typically 10% of the item’s original price. Customers will be notified if a restocking fee applies.
